renthal and scott damper

on the renthal twin walls, if i was to use the scott damper could i take off the crossbar or is it required to keep it on the bar for some reason?

I think Renthal says the Twinwalls are strong enough to remove the crossbar.

Don't quote me, though.

Yes, on the TwinWall, you can remove the crossbrace and it won't adversely affect the bar. If you use a tall bend like the 997 (RC) or 922 (RC High) you don't have to remove the crossbrace to clear the stabilizer. All you have to do is cut the crossbar pad a little. :applause:
