I think the power difference depends on rider ability and rider size. For me (6-3 and 185lbs) the 250f feels like a toy, and a 450 feels like a bike. But for what it's worth there are plenty of guys out there on 250f's that could kick my @ss while I'm on the 450. Infact those same riders put down faster lap times on the 250's then the 450's because the bike fits them.

As far as actual HP, I have no clue, try looking them up in the shoot outs.

450's are basically 50HP
