Stock spring rates

I would like to know what the stock spring rate is for XR650L(forks and shock). I,m 200 lbs. and want to dial my bike in for heavy off-road. Greatly appreciate any info. Thanks

85mm long w/ spring rate of 11.0kg/mm Stock Shock spring for a rider @ 170~190 pounds

130mm long w/ spring rate of .42kg/mm stock fork springs for a rider @ 170~190 pounds

try racetech.com they have a calculator which figures your weight, type of riding, and type of bike. then gives you stock rates, recommended rates as well as other information.
