I would try ebay, I believe the front hubs are the same (width and size) from at least 03 to 07.

I've been on e-bay for a week PLUS. On buykawasaki they show the 04 & 05 as having a different axle.

Hey Oldtimer - How certain are you that the axles are different? The part numbers they show change and it can be confusing . . .

Suggestion: measure the diameter of your axle and the diameter of the portion of the axle that sits in the right fork axle pinch bolts (it's a little bigger, right?) Then, make inquiries of ebay'ers trying to sell axles - ask them to provide measurements and many will do it.

Sound crazy? Worked for me. Kindof a pain in the butt, but not as much of a pain as lacing up that front wheel!!

Go look at aftermarket wheels and see what fits what years, then go shopping for used OEM parts. Check aftermarket hub and bearing manufacturers sites and info.

I just bought a complete wheel/tire on e-bay.

Didn't really want all the other stuff just the hub but I was tired of shop'n.

I'll strip it, lace up the 20 inch'r and maybe sell the 21" hoop & tire.
