what is the lowest possible price a dealer can sell a crf 250r and still make a profit?

Also What did you pay for your crf 250r?

i have not bought one yet bought there is one for sale near me for $5350 not counting tax and title.

i am just wondering how low the price can go down until it is unfeasible for a dealer to sell the bike.

I'd say you are there. They have to make something to pay employees, pay for insurance, utilities, rent ect.

holy 7400 otd... im guessing that includes the tax, run through, frieght, etc

that is crazy....for a 250f...at most i would think 5700-6500 otd

That's not a bad price. The cheapest I've seen anywhere is southernhonda.com in Chattanooga, TN... $5,333 out the door.

I paid $5500 for mine here in Iowa, not sure about the OTD price, as I also bought a CRF 50 for my daughter. HTH, Strainer.

I got my '04 for $5150.00 OTD which wasn't bad at the time. The same dealer has '07's for $5350.00 and a left over '06 sold for $4950.00 which is a smokin' deal.

yea you guys are lucky mine was around 6200 OTD. i also bought one of the first ones out though. so its only natural for prices to be set very high with so many on order.
