overflow tube on carb pouring out gas help!

I have pulled the float bowl off float needle out why does it keep leaking?debris?bad needle?

try cleaning out the bowl again. any small debris in there might make the float stick.

then check your needle valve to make sure its seating properly. it may be a little worn and need replacement.
