breather pipes on 03 CR250 carb

I need to raise some of the breather pipes up higher for riding in deep water in an enduro . I have been told I will need to move 2 pipes up higher to stop the engine from stalling and taking water into the carb. Does anyone know which 2 pipes on the to carb move up higher . I have 5 pipes coming from the carb.

The 2 short ones are vents, the long ones are overflow hoses. Replace the short ones and route them up and over the top of the airbox, and allow them to hang down into the airbox. If you get water in there, water in through the vents is going to be the least of your worries.
