2005 Ford f 350 tranny problems

i got a 2005 f 350 that has i think a blown air hose on the transmission

every time i give it gas it souds like there is air blowing out of the botton of the truck

ne ideas on how to fix this?

Did this just start? not aware of any air hoses to the trans:confused: Are you sure it not the normal sound of the turbo hiss? Is it a diesel? why not take it in, it should still be under waranty.

Your fan clutch might have stuck. When your truck is warmed up the fan shouild spin freely. When it gets real hot in should lock up and spin. You should be able to spin the fan by hand with the engine shut off. If you can't spin it with the engine shut off you are either overheated or it is shot. You should be within warranty anyway with a 05 truck.

Could be a leaking turbo charger intercooler connection (if it's a diesel)
