AP Mod on a 2006 CRF250R, please help with my jetting

I have a 2006 crf250r. I did the full ap mod, including grinding the metal on the rubber accelerator pump cover. My current jetting is as follows.

170 Main

42 Pilot

Needle jet NHFT 3rd position on clip

45 leak jet.

I purchased a 75 leak jet and also have a 55 leak jet. can you tell me what leak jet or other jetting would work out well. I have a dual Yoshimura exhuast, everything else stock. How do you raise the flow bowl. I cant seem to figure it out, I know on the 06 you are supposed to raise it 2mm, but I can figure out how to do it. I just want my bike to have great throttle response. thanks a bunch, Kevin
