Best place to ride in East Baltimore???

Recommended Posts

East Baltimore? I can't think of anything there (now that Bloody Pond is gone). Heard that the power lines were illegal now. You might want to give Blue Diamond or Snake Creek a try. Both probably 1.5 hours away (the best we can do). There's also coca cola dr. out Rt. 100 but I've never ridden there (open space free riding, not really MX). There's a city councilman who has proposed starting a public riding area downtown to get the dirtbikes off the streets. But that is a long process that has just started, if it has indeed started.

I am planning a trip to East Baltimore and was wondering if any fine folks from Baltimore can tell where the best place to ride my dirt bike is?

I am thinking of getting a good ride in and then catching an O's game,

The Landing in Easton is probably your best bet.

saw a clip from a local tv station down there and from what i saw it seems the best spot to ride is ON THE DAMN STREETS! couldnt believe all the dirtbikes on the highways and main roads..no wonder there trying to shut us dirt bike enthusiasts down! damn shame.

I was at Coco Cola this weekend. Not bad for a noob rider such as myself.

There is a paved strait with a bit of a kink in it, the Baltimore boyz were out there running wheelies all day, so the trails were pretty open for others.

I figure that they probably kill one or two people there every year as none of the boyz wear helmets or even shirts for that matter....

Guys--stay away from Quad Ave. There is a county cop who is making it his personal mission to harass us there. Now, if we could just arrange truck parking on the other side of the river....

As for Coca Cola--what a bore! No real trails, just idiots with no helmets intermingled with four-wheelers. We need to start lobbying this socialist state to spend some of our tax money on us. They seem to be able to find enought for golf courses.

I live in Maryland and am looking for riders to join me in petitioning the government to open some public riding areas for motocrossers (not just more dirt roads). Maryland has one (1) place to ride motocross. This is pathetic. Help me to help you! I'm not making any money off this I just want to ride like you do. R.S.V.P.
