FMX Bike Setup

My friend built some ramps and landings and he's been doing some freestyle. He's wondering how he should go about setting up his bike. Any input?

me and a couple of mates have got a ramp aat my place probably the first thing i would reccomend would be to get suspension set up if your doing anything big after that we all have got oversized footpegs which really makes a difference the taller bars for a bit more room but it really depends on the rider and what hes tryin to do as to cutting guard and airbox etc

your def gonna want your suspension harder.... if you cut hand holes in your number plates for superman seat grabs and indian airs or whatever, take griptape and put it on the inside(subframe) for more grip. you can also put griptape at the top of your forks "right under the tripletree" for cliffhangers.... have fun and dont end up like me

oh yeah and dont get handle bars with an upper brace....and make sure they are hi-bars too..
