Easy stuff. It becomes appearent what to do when you start the work. Use lock-tite on the bolts and make sure you have the right size chain for the sprocket combinations (correct number of links).
Yes, http://www.motopowervideo.com has a Basic Maintenance DVD that shows how to do a lot common maintenance tasks on bikes (sprockets, change oil, replace brakes, oil cables, clean filters....) They provide a tool list too.
They have other DVD's too like Carburetor Tune up, Valve Adjustment, Setting you bike up properly.....
