changing oil in showa twin chamber forks

So to change just oil nice and quick and easy like can i just undo top of fork and drain out oil and pump fork up ad down to get oil outta inner chamber or do i have to pull fork apart just to change oil.

You can just unscrew the top cap and drain out the outer chamber oil. That's easy.

But to service the inner chamber, you have to remove the inner chamber cartridge out of the outer chamber in order to properly perform a bleed.

i'd take off the (21mm) rebound adjuster as well.

It costs you just a couple of more minutes but that makes sure you get all the oil out of the outer chamber
