My wife surprised me with this in the kitchen last weekend.i got home at 2AM after a 14 hour day and there sat my new 300. I was beyond dumbfounded.

After 30+ years on mostly 4 strokes, I have gone back to my 2 stroke roots.

Not "new" but new to me and newly rebuilt 2011 300 XC with all the goodies one could want. Ready for the 2017 D36 race season.

My new katoom.

It is a ex works ktm frame, 2015.5, with a cr500 engine. 

It has a 2 tall lift deal on it, among other things. Fits me like glove.

Hands down the most perfect motorcycle I have ever ridden. Countless hours of set up and the right combination of parts have left me with no desire to own a 17. My 2016 250xc

Quick pics of our mx race bikes. We sold off the pre 16 bike which has a heavily modified motor and did us well, but the 2016 on bikes are so much better. Other photo is sand practice on the 16 - pinned in 4th and still climbing to clear a 140 foot tabletop.

Yes i did. Started with a bare frame/ swingarm, and my engine.
