Ive just rebuilt my XR675L which has previously blown the cyl base gasket road racing. Ive now modified the electrical system to run total loss. The removal of the starter and the generator takes about 10Kg off the crank shaft weight!! ...started the bike on Saturday and its revs like you wouldnt believe! One problem tho.... the clutch now needs upgrading as it just slips it as soon as you abuse the throttle. Do EBC make a Kevlar kit with HD springs for the XRL? Will be dynoing the bike now its rebuilt (once clutch is sorted). Also modified the igntion pick up to allow more ign advancement.
