Bel-Ray turns to ice

While spraying this blue-in-color oil onto my filter I noticed a shiny gleam in the areas that i had just passed over. I ran my hands across the shiny part to discover that it was ice crystals. That's some weird crap there. Guessing it is due to what ever the company uses to pressurize the can. Very similar to using a can of computer cleaning air when the can itself gets really cold while spraying the air out of it but in this case the can never got cold. Anyone have any experience like that using spray on filter oils? The filter is a UNI and the outside temp was about 70.
