Oil flow through filter

:banghead: Help this is my first time to clean my new Scotts filter and I forgot which way the oil flows...so I can back flush particles...

Thanks; Feeling old today

Always clean from the inside out. I use contact cleaner and low pressure air (do NOT stick the nozzle inside the filter).

Thanks for your reply Kent...found a little particle or two on the outside of the filter...that told me alot...used brake clean which comes out of the can fast enough to blow anything across the work bench and I was done...love that filter.

Carb. cleaner works good too. Buy it at Walmart it's cheaper too.
