RM250 winter project

Well heres the deal, its cold out and i cant ride, so i tore my bike down and building it up. It only has bout 20 hrs on it total.(bought it as a leftover in september)

Looked like this before the snow started to fly

Started last night at 8 and by 10, it looked like this

and parts everywhere

I will start agin on it tonight getting every thing cleand up and greased.

Then i will have to wait for the rest of my parts to come in.

and i already got my preprints in

Where did you get the pipe guard from? I have an 03 KDX 220 with Gnarley pipe and want a guard to fit. please pm me with info. Thanks

sloooooowly getting put back together.

Got the triples on and all greased up.

Along with my bars, that are now 2 inches shorter, and filled with silicone.

also got the new throttle tube tube cut down and installed. smooth as butter!

and yesturday i got the carb rejetted, 168 main, 50 piolt, and NDCH needle with the clip in 2nd position. should run much cleaner now!

waiting for parts sucks!!! should be in soon, and i will be able to get it together.

that looks great!(or is going to... haha) I'm doing something similar to my CR. not so much performance, but cosmetic. new plastics, graphics, and preprints. Does anybody know how long it takes on Motosport for backordered parts to ship?
