Would an XR650 be too big for small tight trails and just joy riding?
Another quality post by dudedoffer Maybe you could include a little info such as experience, height, weight, and types of trails. If you are coming off of an XR100 then it is too much bike for you. Get an XR250 or 400 first.
If you are Scott Summers,(or ride like him), the answer is no.
It's a pig. I have no problem but it is heavy and is a hand full. The 650 is best at speed. I save the electric start DRZ for the woods and tight trails.
Yes, it needs a weight loss but in some places you will be glade you had it.
