Ron Hamp FCR carb

I need to know if this carb will fit/work on my DRZ 400 SM. :applause:

"I have a ron hamp modified fcr carb for sale, it has been bored out to 42mm with a billet machined velocity stack"

I'd like to upgrade to an FCR, but not if it's a lot of work to get this carb to work on my DRZ. What do you think?

if its the one for the yz450f on SMJ,no.

you need a fcr with the removeable intake.

42mm is way to big for a stock motor drz.

Thanks Eddie, he said it would probably work, I said I'd better find out. :applause:

Hey Eddie, i have a FCR39 from the TT Store (the good one with removeable intake). It is obviously the 39mm for the stock engine.

My question, if i go cams + BB440 + Stroker 475, can i bore out the FCR39 to 41mm ??? I am a machinist with the good tools and the knowledge to do it properly and was wondering if it can be done in place of selling the 39 to buy the 41...

???

Thanks, Jay :applause:

a 39 can be made into a 41.

Thanks Eddie ! I'm glad i'll be able to do it when the BB and Stroker will be in.

Where did the stroker kit can be found ? And the Bigbore ? I was looking at the Athena 440...

???

Thanks, JAs :applause:
