NO they never make the new graphics for the 02, 03 or the 04..

Hoss is having them custom made by someone. They're not available to the general public.

Thats what I assumed, so I was trying to find out who it was so I could get some for my 04. Hoss who can I get ahold of to get these babys on there way?

Can you get them without all the holes cut in them? Have you ever held a set of 04 plastics to a new set? The graphics would work if it were not for the holes. If you can get him to print you a set before he cuts the holes out then you could just cut the holes yourself with a razor.
