FMF Powercore

Has anyone put the FMF Powercore slip on, on their YZ250F, if so how do you like it? Did you have to re-jet your bike? How is the power delivery...as in did it add any top end? Thanks in advance.

I have run one on a YZ250F before, as well as a YZ450F. In my experience this pipe just mimicked the stock power. It is a little lighter than stock, but power wise it is pretty much the same. If you want power gains go with the Factory 4.1.

is the power core louder than a stock YZF exhaust. I have a canadian WRF so doing any mods to my system is prety much out of the question. I mostly want louder than what it is. looking at a YZF system or if I can find a cheaper aftermarket system I might go that route.

And one more ?. is the DR D a nice system. sorry for jacking the thread lol

i ride a 03 wr with the dr.d system and it has a extreamly powerful mid. it is a little loud though. IMO its awsome.

I put one on my 06 WR 250 with an accelerator pump (Boyesen) and the results were wonderful. Top end, not sure but much better power thru out the powerband.
