Look at my battle hardened rear fender.... Anyone know where I can obtain a replacement?

Mine took a little battle damage.... used is fine by me....

btw, blue yellow seems to be more desirable then red white, so I dont think many people are converting.

why the hell was the link edited out???

wwwdotmotoplasticsusdotcom has the fender you need

I have one off a 81 YZ465, will that work?

I tried out a buddies 81 YZ 465 at the time, once up his street & once back down :excuseme: Damn thing scared the hell outa me, next year tried another buddies 490,,,, big difference in power impact. 465= brutal (scary) 490= hold on & smile, but wheres the rest of them gears  it seemed much mellower power delivery than the 465, but I kept searching for another gear, it definitely wanted to go faster

Anyone have a yellow rear fender kicking around that they don't want or need...'05 thru '07.? dust gathering on some yellow in your garage after you swapped out to the newer Red look? mine took a little battle damage.... used is fine by me....

Since you have a Canadian flag on that fender I will sell you one I have cheap.

I am assuming this is a "look at my battle hardened bike that needs a new fender where can I obtain a replacement" thread.

Cause "does anyone have a" & "wanting to buy" threads/posts are supposed to go into sigs & classifieds to keep the bike sections TT streamlined and focused.

EDIT - this has been talked about many times in the past and really don't want to talk about it again.

Since you have a Canadian flag on that fender I will sell you one I have cheap.

Representing the fine Province of British Columbia! PM sent.

Thanks Hammer!

Ruffus, I have been meaning to ask.... How is your leg healing up? The bone density issue good now?

I absolutely loved my 83 490 and I miss it!

Thanks for asking

Not good right now, back on crutches, more snapped pin's, waiting for a second opinion on surgery # 5,

hopefully I'll see a good specialist this coming week & get it done in 30 days or less. Its killing me not to be able to make any kind of plans. Knowing I'll be useless for another three months minimum. Sometimes life sucks.

Heal up Ruffus. Sorry to hear this is still going on. As I recall we both broke our legs in 2006ish.

Seems we are both proving youth heals quicker - but as of yesterday I'm doing better or at least that is what the doc says.

Dennis Kirk seems to have all replacement plastic pieces in his new catalog. Rear fender with tail light listed. Blue/Yellow Red/White

T just don't forget to re-apply that maple leaf sticker!!!!!!
