1 1/8 Bar Risers

So.... I'm looking for some bar risers for my '07 450.

It seems like all of the risers out there (tusk, pit posse, etc...) are really adapters intended to allow you to go from 7/8 mounts to 1 1/8 bars and raise them at the same time. The bottom part of the risers is 7/8 and slips in where the bar used to go. Since the '07 already has 1 1/8 mounts won't this type of riser be too small of a diameter at the bottom?

Anyone have risers that go from 1 1/8 mounts to 1 1/8 bars?
