Sorry folks, this motorcycle injury takes the cake........*******GORE******

You have been given a warning in the title.

This guy is local to me, him being in the Raleigh area. He was out cruising around on his streetbike, when a car (tank) t-boned him directly. The pictures speak for themselves.......he has just completed his 15th surgery, which he hopes is his final.

Pics are below.........

The last few pics are within the past few days. His helmet is hung up for a while, until he heals. I am sure he'll ride again.

grossly awesome!

As ugly as that was, I'd say they did a pretty good job fixing it up again. Hopefully he can walk ok when its all said and done.

man my best wishes out to that guy

Anybody want to buy my Yamaha R1?? I have come close a few times.

wow that was bad!

thats sick and ive been beat up pretty bad myself but this sucks.....ouch...

That's terrific that he was able to keep his leg!

Two of my brothers are orthopedic surgeons, and they love the challenge of restoring function to someone who has been injured.

The website ride2die dot com has some disgusting horrific pix.

damn, glad he's able to keep his leg

MX is defiantly a dangerous sport but at least berms and trees don't move and hit you. I say stick to the dirt, it's much safer

that place is out of order. they need more donations to keep it up

Wow, I had a high ankle sprain from a high-side crash. Couldn't bear any weight on it for a month. Look back on it, all of a sudden it doesn't hurt as much after seeing those pictures.

I was thinking the same thing......it's an amazing job they did repairing his leg. I thought for sure he would have been an amputee after that traumatic an injury.
