i should have known not to use these clowns after they sponsored the dopers us cycling team.

sent back my tech 8's for repair and they lost the package????

then they go on to say to get the insurance coverage i paid for i need to find the year or more old reciept to prove the value of 350 bills. ?

WORD TO THE WISE, USE UPS, FED EX or DHL.....?

I was a contract carrier for like you say "clowns." I wouldn't send anything that you value via usps. They just don't care, if it weren't a federal backed buisness it would have failed a long time ago.

And one can scour the bowels of the Internet and find the same complaints about UPS and Fed Ex. Haven't seen that much about DHL. No one is perfect.
