Specs for a XR650L rear sprocket?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have or know where I can find the specs on a XR650L rear sprocket? I am looking for the bore diameter and the spread for the bolt holes center to center, preferably in mm. I have a lead on a steel 42 tooth to use for all the highway riding I do. The price is good, but it is in Australia. I could pull my rear wheel and take measurements, but I figured someone here might have them on-hand.

Knee update...torn MCL...three places...fortunately it is the ligament that doesnt require surgery to heal. Just limt use.

Just FYI in case anyone is looking, I have a 40 from sprocket specialists. They will make any size you want even if it isn't listed, but they are aluminum. They also take a few weeks to make one from scratch. It's always nice to know options if I need to order something "yesterday"

40 is way too tall even with 17's for my riding tastes. I tried putting on a 13t but the retainer clips the end of my chain? It is from rockymountain.

Huffa2 found a 42, I think.

Dave

Huffa's running aluminum, but has not had any wear or fishhook issues. I just picked up a 44 in aluminum on ebay for $18.00 so I thought I'd give it a try, but I still like the idea of the 42 in steel even better. I found the seller on ebay, but the listing expired. There was more than one, so if it is a correct fit, I'll pass along the seller information, ASF.
