One Bad WR250R........

Recommended Posts

Just finished all the graphics and race numbers on my

WR250R. I know its not everyones style, but I like it.

A bit different than all the other WR-R/X I have seen.

Just wanted a really cool EFI trail/track bike.

I dig it, but I have one major problem with it - it's not dirty enough! How does the EFI run?

say good-by to jets!!

EFI is great. Installed the FMF exhaust, FMF fuel tuner, and

did the air box mod. With the off road tires and lower gearing

this thing is hard core now. Pulls really, really good now.

Is this dirty enough for you ?

How is that bike compared to a YZ250f or a WR250f. I know they are completely different stock, but yours looks totally kick-ass.

how does it do at the track? have you regeared?

Does really good at the track. I am 6'-3" and 205lbs and

it takes what I can give it. Now Im not saying this is

as much as others could give, but I can tell you I do

hit jumps and have no issues with this bike handling it.

I have regeared. I am running a 12t front. Soon, a 44t

aluminum sprocket will be on the rear.

Dont think it could hold a yzf, but with the mods Im pretty sure

it could hold its own with a wrf. Especially on the trails. I dont

think I would have any problems keeping up.

Thanks for the compliments. I really like this bike now. The EFI

is awesome, and the bike is running and handling great. I have

done a bit of suspension set up, so that probably helps.

But Im not a pro either, so my set up is probably not as good

as it could be. Either way, right now the bike is doing great.

The back number plates looks like KTM number plates, did you cut them down or something/?

The WR250R's come like that, it looks weird, but in a good way:applause:

lol....no kind of weird, I agree. But Im getting used to it now.

But if a company made one that was more like the WRF I would

probably look into it.
