In the early phases of rehab, leg extensions are best avoided. As time progresses and you can tolerate them, they are fine.

thanks,

I've been using some light rubber bands for extentions on the affected leg for a couple weeks without much pain...but not much strength building either ..

when I hit the weights I'll wait a few weeks before doing any extentions
