What spring rate? kdx 220

What spring rate should i get for my 2001 kdx 220 .38 kg or .40 kg or a different one from them does any one know the stock spring rate? i weigh around 150 pounds,

any help please

Are you 150 pounds, or are you 150 pounds in full gear (including any water backpack and toolbag)?

150 with no gear

It tells me i should get .40 kg
