shoulder help

a few years back in high school football i took a pretty big hit to my shoulder, the athletic trainer just said it was a slight sprain and will be fine. well now i have a problem with it popping when ever i twist it. it also hurts when i ride and is very very sore after riding. i asked my chiropractor about it and he said i probably tore some cartilage but would need an mri to find out for sure. also sometimes it feels like it is about to pop out of the socket, but after my chiropractor stretches and adjusts it, it feels better. what could this be and what exercise can i do to strengthen the area to maybe stop some of this??

If you are a young person, and your race MX, the odds are your shoulder pops in and out of the socket.

what can be done to stop this? i just turned 20 at the end of july, so im fairly young.

You need to be examined by a competent doctor, an X-ray, a CT scan, and surgery.
