Im fixing up a 98 ..

Got to redo all the linkage and swingarm bushings...

This was going to be my donor bike/motor for my hybrid until Ebeck and i swapped motors. So instead of just parting it all out im going to fix it up and sell it..

I think everone is out of PJ1 Kaw green paint right now , kinda hard to find, ...TT is even out now.....

Hmm. Sounds like you have a big headache in front of you! :) You should sell it dirt cheap and be done with it. Oh, and I will need directions. Thanks. :D:worthy:

Guys i guess PJ1 doesn't make the Kaw green paint anymore.

I called and checked out a bunch of places and all said they couldn't get it anymore....Soooo a buddy of mine told me to check out some Dupli-color Grabber Green #DE1641..Well after getting a couple cans for a little over 5 bucks a can a quick spray on the frame it looked alittle brighter than the regular KDX green. So i sanded the frame down with 180 paper and then sprayed black primer on it then after drying i added the Grabber Green and this is what i came out with. It looks pretty darn close to the factory stuff.

Still haven't added any clearcoat yet....

I used the Grabber Green on one of my bikes once --- could not tell the diff.

I like the premium (for a spray can) nozzle top it had on it too, -- it really put down some material without sputtering

(pulling his cans of PJ1 closer) Hey, that frame looks good!

LOL.....at least it's green.

I thought just the Kawi Flo Green was discontinued not the regular Kawi Green?
