Need Head in a bad way..

Head is fubard on my 06 RMZ250, everything else is good, I have new valves and stuff, what are my optons? who makes aftermarket? is there ever used ones out there? If anyone can help me Id apreciate it!!

Best bet is to check Ebay as the '06 Kawasuzuki is becoming extinct

will do, thanks. There wasnt much on there when I looked. I may end up sending it to Bernard in Quebec, they can pretty much bring anything back.

You could try MXTIME also. He brought back my buddy's 06 head from the dead. He has WAY over 100 hours on it since and still going strong.

Actually, I called Bondi Engines which is super close to me, they are cheaper then Bernard with no shipping costs. They do a Kazillion MX bikes each year, so they can be trusted.

Cant wait to get the bke back, I must have been missing a lot of compression the shape the valves and valve seats were in, just glad it didnt get any worst then it was!

put in Kibble whites for $35 a piece, I had to have a valve seat re-done and the cam journal had to be re-machined as it was damaged, for all the machining, and putting the valves in and setting them to proper clearance was $255. These are Canadian dollers aswell.
