2004 Crf450r Spark Problem

Hey Guys, My Bike Is Giving Me Problems Starting. I Checked The Spark And It Is Not Very Strong. I Have Ohmed Out The Wires From Instde The Timing Cover All The Way To The Connectors On The Ignition Moduel. They Ohm Out To .01 Ohms, Also There Is Contintuity Through All Of The Wires. I Took The Coil Off Of My Brothers Bike Cause His Run Great And The Problem Did Not Change. Has Anyone Had This Problem? Do You Think It Is The Ignition Moduel? Is There Any Way To Test The Moduel? Any Suggestions Would Be Great. Thanks

Pull the alternator cover and check the stator for iron debris on it. Sometimes iron particals can short the stator.

Youve then gotta figure out where the iron is coming from...Usually its from a main bearing...

Hey Buddy, I Already Pulled Of The Alternator Cover And There Was Metal Between The Stator And The Ring That Is Bolted To The Crankshaft. I Cleaned It Out. I Dont Think It Is Comming From A Main Bearing. I Checked All Of The Wires With A Volt Meter And They Are All Good. I Checked The Current Through The Stator, And The Stator Is Good. Do U Think That It Could Be The Ignition Moduel? Everything Tests Out To Be Good Except For That Cause I Cant Test It.
