Ttr250 To Wrr

Hi all I have a ttr 250,rides good but its not street legal. I am thinking about buying a WRR ,if I gear it the same as my ttr, will it have less, more, the same amount of power?. also is the suspension better than my ttr? I want to use it for very little commuting,more for connecting frome one trail to another on streets ,thanks. For the better suspension I hear,feel a clank when the forks go to full extension. thanks.

The bike is newer tech should have more power but youll need to rev it and the suspension will likely be better also.
