suspention settings?

Recommended Posts

Everything that Ville said...plus. I learned yesterday when riding a very torn up track with lots of "square edge" and bad jump faces. First time out the bike was "un-rideable" trying to cause me bodily harm, kicking like army mule and felt like the front forks were shot. Made some adjustments to the forks...no help. Made some adjustments to rear shock...some help. Last and out of desparation I adjusted the High Speed compression screw "in" to 2/3 out(was at 1 turn out)...Fixed the problem and now the front forks seemed to work. All setting were close to "sport" setting from manual. This bike is extremly sensitive to small changes. I was going to pack-up and go home until I found this setting. Unfortunatley it won't work next time out unless the track is the same! Please note that this is the Hi speed compression nut on the shock. This makes me feel like trying the Ohlin's TTX shock, because the rear shock on this bike can make the front forks feel like shit!!!
