Should i be worried

Yesterday i could not get my bike started with the kick starter so i pulled my plug to check it and found this:confused: .

if the ground just broke off ... that is not good

if it burned off over time than you will be fine

Looks like it's been gone a while.

IMHO it must of broken off. Not enough wear on the electrode for the ground to be totally worn off. Also, if it burned off, you would of had starting problems long ago...

Yes i put a new one in after i found this and it started right up. I had no problems starting it before yesterday.

Its the stock plug with about 3k miles.

Your absolutely right. I put the plug socket on and twisted it off by hand.
