Where to start?

Recommended Posts

I just serviced the forks on my "new" 97 KX250. I changed the seals and replaced the bushings. I filled them with 5w oil up to 100mm. I set both compression and rebound clickers in the middle. I weigh about 225 in gear and am a novice that rides MX. Anyone have a recommendation for the clickers before I go to the track?

Thanks,

Mike

The best advice I have recived is to leave them on the factory settings. Read the artical on this site "articals" "suspension" "Adjust Your Dampening" it explains what they do. The you can decide for yourself.

Clickers at about 10-12 is fine. Go out and ride and see, how it feels.

You might need stiffer springs though.
