Set up for Glen Helen

Recommended Posts

05 250R- I have a race coming up and have never ridden there yet. Hopefully a regular racer there can chime in with gearing and other tips. Enzo will handle the suspension. Is a dampner necessary or will sliding the forks down and rear wheel back be good enough?

a dampner is nice to have at Glen Helen, you can get some pretty bad head shake on the high speed sections when they get choppy after a few motos , I wouldnt change your wheelbase or fork height because you need to turn too :) and putting a tooth on the rear will help with the hills
