Rear shock....

Okay, may have made a slight whoopsie....

On the rear shock reservoir, there's an air valve. So I pressure checked it to see what was in there. It said 25psi so I thought I'd blow it up a bit more....

Well it's now at 35psi 'cos it's an absolute so-and-so to get at.

Should it be filled with Nitrogen? What pressure should it be at? And have I fubar'd the thing?

You need to have it refilled with nitrogen. Should be like 180 psi, I think

Yup, you'll probably have to pull the shock and bring it into a shop to get it recharged with nitrogen. You may as well have the suspension fluid changed at the same time.
