Quick questions..on their site the say requires some side case modification for installation...do you know what this consists of?

The 02 and 03 had a 2 oz heavier weight and will bolt on. The 07 box helps smooth things out too.

when installing the biggest they make some grinding is needed.....i opted to not do that flywheel....i have a +13oz lighting flywheel on my 07 and all is good

I just replied to your other post. trailtech all the way, I would not mess with the add on weights, the trailtech looks as mint as your stock honda one and is balanced, its not your woodchipper for the garden. I think it was 160 honda gasket, puller and flywheel all to the door, selling my old one on ebay now, it will never go back on...good luck

I agree. Scratch the MSR plug. I would go with the whole flywheel instead of the weight.
