Whats the difference between change size? whats the pros an cons?

The first digit tells you the pitch in 1/8's of an inch, so the 415 has a 1/2" pitch and the 520 has a 5/8" pitch. The next two numbers tell the width of the rollers, inside the sideplates. Nominally, the 520 will be wider, but the outside width is dependent on more things than just that number. The 520 should be stronger, assuming the same brand and grade of chain for both sizes. The 415 may have slightly less drag.

If you are converting between sizes, note that the 520 sprockets are bigger diameter for any tooth count because of the bigger pitch. So a 13 tooth 520 will be bigger than a 13 tooth 415 and so on. This becomes important for chain clearance on the cases and around the swing arm pivot area. If you previously ran a 13 tooth 520 front sprocket and you switched to the 415 size, you would probably have to go to a 14 tooth 415 to keep clearance for the swingarm.
