I think it would probably work better if it was connected, and the plastics, RHD?! or photoshop?!

Its a tool tube with an exhaust end?

Just a section of 3" ABS pipe and brackets I made up. The end cap begged for an exhaust tip. Looks OK???

Just to clarify what this is.... 👍 It's my tool tube made of 3" ABS with a DRZ exhaust tip attached to it. The stock tool kit is in the tube as are 3 tire irons and a patch kit. The end cap slides on with a little resistance and is very water tight. This is a photo of the tube before I got the exhaust end cap on.

Good to hear. I have a tool bag that is stuffed so this would work much better.

Does the end cap screw on to the tube?

No, the caps are a real tight fit to begin with. I use a drum sander to take a little material out of the cap. It is still a real tight fit, but with pressure applied from the top and bottom (wiggling) it comes off (won't fall off or let water in).
