Base settings for a RMZ 06 450

rear shock low side (screw) Turn clockwise to stop (full hard) then 9 clicks back. High side turn nut full clockwise (full hard) then turn approx 1 turn back till centre dots line up. Forks Compression (top) Clockwise to stop, then 7 clicks back. Rebound (bottom) clockwise to stop, then 8 clicks back.
