depends on the year - older KX65's do not have the rebound adjusters.

Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done to harden them up outside of changing springs, however, there's one little trick for the older (cap only) type which allows you to set the preload a little bit - effectively stiffening the springs, you have to remove the cap and put in appropriately sized washers on top of the spring, then fasten the cap back down.

You can stack the washers - more=stiffer, however, be careful, too many and you will start to lose traction - you'll have to do this by feel - put in a washer, ride bike, put in another, ride it again, until you're satisfied.

here are all your options

adjust forks via adjustment screws, 02 and newer bikes

adjust using washers as matt4x4 suggest 00-01

stiffer springs.

manitou fork cartridges

racetech valve emulators

fork oil level and weight will make a difference

but it seems when you play with these things you fix what was wrong but create another problem as in compression, rebound, speed of travel, etc.

a suspension shop like pro action will set it up right, a pro suspension service is worth every penny,

also if you have the rear shock to stiff it can make the front end seem soft.

what is your fork tube height in the triples? just a 1/4 adjustment on the fork tube height can make the front end light and hence the front suspension seem less soft.
