08 530 valve adjustments.

does anyone have a full step by step description on how to do/ check the valves on this bike? i have 50 hrs and 1500 miles and not one issue but never touched the valves since 200 miles? how often should this be performed. i do about 50% freeway...75-100mph and the other 50% desert at about 65 mph. any help would be appreciated. thanks..

Just checked mine. Found them all tight at 17.7 hours. Intake were both .09mm, and exhaust were .10 and .11mm.
