lower triple clamp strap hooks

I'm looking for Lower triple clamp strap hooks, I saw a set at the race today, a stainless steel eyelet that mounts on both sides of the lower triple clamp to the pinch bolts and the tie down strap is hooked to it, very neat, secure, and out of the way. The name on the piece was "Strap Hook" and that was it. Anybody use these and where can I get some? thanks, Mike
