After getting some work done early in the day on Tuesday, I found myself with a free afternoon. I dug the 300 out of the back of the building and took off for the woods. It's really dry out here but the fall colors are still pretty good. I covered 51 miles of good stuff that had me smiling all afternoon. I never saw another human, never touched pavement, and never rode the same trail twice. I rode back on to the farm and headed to the cabin for some liquid refreshment. The 300 is the perfect bike for a slow, old fart like me. This has been a long year but days like this make it all worthwhile. Here are some pics to bore you with. Putting up some late season hay.
