How much cardio for 14 yrs. old at 130 lbs.?

Hi Dr. Mark I am wanting to take my cardio training to a new level. I have been running/jog 3 miles a week. Two days usually I run. What would you reccomend for me as far as how long and how far?

at 18 yrs. old I could run 2 miles daily @ 6m 30s per mile with plenty of guys that were faster than me! Check with your phys ed teacher or coach I bet they can put a really good plan together for you!
