how often do i check my valves

i bought a new 2007 crf 450 r how often do i check my valves

get a hour meter and check them every fifteen....just to see if they even move on you so u can track the wear pattern

After every race, it only takes 30min max. better safe than sorry.

If you take care of the bike the way you should, and i'll assume your a beg. or novice rider. Check them every 10 to 15 hrs. or if you notice a difficulty starting, and stay off the rev-limiter.
